This film is the same as ordinary BOPET film on which EVA resin is extruded, which is widely used in offset and digital printing.
This film is produced in rolls and sheets. The usual roll size is 104 cm wide and 100 m long; But for sheets it is produced in A3, A4 and A5 sizes as well as business cards sizes.
Some of the features of these films are scratch resistance, very high transparency, resistance to tearing and stretching and being resistant against water and penetration of gas and air.
The film is opaque and transparent as well as metallized, which after adding EVA adhesive, is used in printing industry in thicknesses of 75, 100, 125 and 150 microns.
It should be noted that the thin film, which is from 8 mic to 12 mic, is widely used in the offset printing industry in the form of thermal metalized films.
